As a primary care medical home, Access Carroll is here to serve individuals and family members of any age. Our integrated team of health care professionals can help you stay healthy and manage any acute or chronic illness. We care about you and your health. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale and we accept public assistance programs – Medicare and Maryland Medical Assistance insurance is accepted.
