About Access Carroll: Since 2005, Access Carroll is the only full time safety-net health care provider serving vulnerable residents in Carroll County. Access Carroll works closely as a partner with Carroll Hospital and Carroll County Health Department to ensure those most in need are receiving timely, high quality, and critically needed integrated services including dental, medical and behavioral health care. Currently, we are serving more than 6,000 individual men, women, and children; and continue to grow by an average of 80 new patients each month. Access Carroll provides our services on a sliding fee scale, and accepts public assistance programs to ensure low-income and at-risk residents are receiving quality care. The demand for Access Carroll’s unique and comprehensive delivery of health services continues to rise in Carroll County.
