Rick is a familiar face at Access Carroll and the Carroll County Health Department Bureau of Prevention, Wellness and Recovery. While he will still be assisting Access Carroll and CCHD in Behavioral Health Services, Rick joins us also as a Medical Assistant. Please join us in welcoming him to the Medical side!
