Community Resources
Access Carroll has adopted the “no wrong door policy” – as have many other organizations in Carroll County! The goal of each staff member, both paid and volunteer, is to direct anyone walking in our doors with viable options for solutions, even when Access Carroll is not the needed solution. Access Carroll has a working relationship with many organizations in our community (in addition to our strategic partners-Carroll Hospital Center, Carroll County Health Department and the Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County), such as Anchor Pharmacy, Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, Carroll Transit System, Catastrophic Health Planners, Human Services Program of Carroll County, New Life for Girls, Shepherd’s Staff and Westminster Rescue Mission – to name only a few. Organizations come together for training to reach our community. In addition, we organize public events in our surrounding communities for education and awareness
We work together to serve our Carroll County family, friends and neighbors in need.
