Since 2014 Access Carroll has been a one stop shop for health coverage needs and is committed to the continuation of this service. A Door to HealthCare State Certified Navigator is available at our location to assist with Maryland Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans, and to provide education to the uninsured regarding the importance of affordable health care. Access Carroll, along with the Door to HealthCare, will continue to collaborate with local agencies on new ways to improve the access to health coverage and care for Carroll County residents for many years to come and will continue to serve as an enrollment location for health insurance.
