Founded in 2004 and opened January of 2005, Access Carroll, Inc., is a nonprofit organization, offering integrated health care services to uninsured and low-income residents of Carroll County, Maryland that meet certain eligibility requirements. Services are provided on sliding fee scale, and we accept Maryland Medicaid insurance. Primary medical care is provided by volunteer physicians, nurses and other experienced medical professionals. By removing traditional barriers to quality health care, Access Carroll strives to help patients maintain good health and learn to manage any acute or chronic illnesses.
