January 31, 2020 marked 15 years of services to the residents of Carroll County, Maryland. Access Carroll celebrated this milestone with an Open House honoring you, our Community Partners, Volunteers, and Staff, who are actively travelling with us on the journey of exceptional Person Centered Health Care. We believe every individual should have access to coordinated, comprehensive, culturally sensitive, community based, accountable, and high quality healthcare.
We also believe all individuals should have the right to health information, the opportunity to participate in their plan of care and the right to accept responsibility for their own care to the extent to which they are able. Access Carroll sees a future Carroll County, Maryland as a community that provides an unencumbered path to integrated health care services to every low-income resident.

- Provided 115,590 Medical and Behavioral Health Encounters/Visits
- Provided 21,328 Dental Encounters/Visits
- Provided 12,467 Extractions
- Provided 4,164 Dentures and Prosthetics
- Obtained over $7 Million in Medications for our Patients
- Recruited over 400 volunteers
- Volunteers have provided 115,915 hours of service
- Affiliated with over 30 Academic Institutions
- Coordinated with over 500 students
- Students have provided 22,546 hours of service (recorded since 2016)
- Arranged thousands of special care referrals and consultations
- Partnered with more than 90 community health providers and service organizations
